Arguineguin is an idyllic fishing village on the south (west) coast of the paradise island, Gran Canaria.

The local is right in the heart of Arguineguín's bustling business life, right next to the large Spar supermarket on the main thoroughfare in/out of the town. Here you will find shops, cafés, restaurants, banks, pharmacies etc. The premises are located between the shopping center La Marea and CC Ancora. Very easy to park in the area after the municipality's large parking facility was ready in 2022. (Both short-term and long-term parking (at reasonable prices.) The popular market square is also only a few hundred meters away and the two nearest beaches are about 300 meters away. Very centric amongst all facilities. The property has direct street access without steps and is located between several business premises (with Spar at the far end).
