Tauro valley is a quiet area located west of the famous tourist destination - Puerto Rico.

Tauro was once a very small community, but has been developed recently, especially by the Anfi Group, which has constructed several luxury homes in the area.

In the middle of Tauro, you will find Anfi Tauro Golf, a fairly new 18-hole golf course. It is very popular among golf enthusiasts regardless of knowledge level and skills.

In the centre of Tauro there is also a Spar supermarket with special products from various countries.

The buildings in Tauro are usually larger than the rest of the buildings in the south of Gran Canaria. Most of them are built on 1 or 2 floors.

The beach below the Tauro valley has recently been improved with new sand. Make sure that you visit the local beach cafés in the area for a lunch in the sun.

Just behind the beach you will find one of the better restaurants in the south of Gran Canaria; - “Guantanamo”. The restaurant is well known for its tapas and meat dishes.

There are future plans for a marina in the area, however nobody knows exactly when these plans will be realized.

The property is located in the old part of Tauro, only about 5-10 minutes walk to the grocery store SPAR and restaurant in the center. 2 professional golf courses nearby; 1 of them 18-hole. The remaining extensions are registered with the tax authorities so that the owner now pays property tax on these (in total, the home is approximately 128 m2 constructed). The following is not registered in the property register: The largest room that is currently used as a bedroom / office, the storage room, and the part of the roof terrace part that is built over the outside dining area.


The house is completely unique. The previous owner got it architect-designed and built according to his requirements and wishes, without being part of a mass-produced construction project.
The property is higher than street level and it also has a raised foundation on its inner part, which means that rainwater does not enter the house. This is specially designed to avoid moist problems.

Direct exit from the kitchen to this outdoor area through a single glass door. The kitchen has white decor with both top and bottom cabinets. Black worktop. Appliances included: Vitro-ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. High roof with wooden beams here as well. Stylish spotlights.

On the other side of the kitchen you will find the guest toilet. This is furnished with a rectangular sink, white bathroom furniture below and white cabinets above the left. Mirror with lamps. Sliding window. The walls are partly covered with white wall tiles. The rest is painted white.

Next to the toilet the bathroom is located. This is decorated with a wide bathroom furniture with high-gloss white drawers and matching high cabinets. Mirror over the sink with lamps. Then the bedrooms come in a row.
