Arguineguín Beach
Arguineguin is an idyllic fishing village on the south (west) coast of the paradise island, Gran Canaria.

Here you will find Spaniards and non-residents living side by side and the diversity of properties is large; townhouses, villas, apartments etc. The property construction ranges from the coastal zone to the mountains which provides perfect terrain for the cheerful mountain wanderer. Pura Vida Beach Suites are located on the sunny southern part of Gran Canaria, just 50 meters from Arguineguín Beach.

They are located in the heart of the fishing village, with all amenities nearby; be it restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, hardware stores, pharmacies, medical centers etc.

There are several beaches in the area and the building has a shared roof terrace with a hot tub, solarium and relaxation area with beautiful sea views.

The kitchen is bright and delicate and is decorated with high-gloss white closets. The following appliances are included in the purchase: Vitro-ceramic top, extractor fan, integrated dishwasher, oven, microwave and steel-colored refrigerator with freezer compartment.

Within the kitchen area there is a practical laundry room where the washing machine and the large hot water tank are located. On the other side of the kitchen there is an exit to the balcony.
