Puerto Rico is one of Gran Canarias classic destinations.

The town is beautifully situated on the south west coast.

The buildings are located on both sides of the valley that fades out at Puerto Rico´s popular, sandy beach. The property construction primarily consists of apartment complexes and duplexes. Agua de la Perra (the ”new valley” of Puerto Rico) also belongs to the area of Puerto Rico. However it is much quieter and more secluded as it is tucked away on the other side of Puerto Rico valley in direction Patalavaca.
