Puerto Rico is one of Gran Canarias classic destinations.

The town is beautifully situated on the south west coast.

The buildings are located on both sides of the valley that fades out at Puerto Rico´s popular, sandy beach. The property construction primarily consists of apartment complexes and duplexes. There are a lot of stairs in Puerto Rico, as many of the buildings are constructed up in the mountains/valley.

Agua de la Perra (the ”new valley” of Puerto Rico) also belongs to the area of Puerto Rico. However it is much quieter and more secluded as it is tucked away on the other side of Puerto Rico valley in direction Patalavaca.

The terrace door is painted white inside to create a bright impression. Direct exit from the living room to the amazing terrace which extends along the entire front of the apartment. The outdoor area is about 32 m2 (part of which is registered as a communal area, though used privately.) No-one walks past the terrace as it is situated on a high level. From here you have an extraordinary view of the sea and the marina and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in great color specters while enjoying a evening meal on the terrace. Sun from the forenoon until the evening.

The bedroom is bright and cozy and is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, built-in wardrobes, shoe cabinet and a storage shelf above the door. Blackout curtains. Sliding window with beautiful views of the Atlantic.
