Puerto Rico is one of Gran Canarias classic destinations.

The town is beautifully situated on the south west coast.

The buildings are located on both sides of the valley that fades out at Puerto Rico´s popular, sandy beach. The property construction primarily consists of apartment complexes and duplexes. There are a lot of stairs in Puerto Rico, as many of the buildings are constructed up in the mountains/valley.

There are three large shopping centres in the heart of the city centre. You can pick and choose from a great selection of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities.

 The apartment is bright and nice. It is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool, valley and sea. Newly renovated during the last two years, with very good space utilization and many good practical storage solutions. The entire apartment has new delicate beige tile flooring. White walls and white cabinets / shelves in all rooms.

Open kitchen and living room with direct access to the balcony. The kitchen floor are from 2018. The kitchen has a bar counter with high chairs. Fridge and washing machine are hidden behind a smart mirror door. Microwave is also hidden in a shelf under the bar counter, where there are also several storage shelves. High kitchen cabinets as well as two shelves along the wall provide extra storage space.
