Past the dining room you come to the second bedroom which the owners have recently made (not registered as such in the deed). This is furnished with a white bunk bed and matching fitted wardrobes. 2 windows for extra light and ventilation. AC here as well.

There is an access to the terrace and garden both from the living and the dining area. Lots of daylight into the apartment through the large terrace doors. All windows and patio doors have a white, maintenance-free aluminium frame and mirror effect in the windows to avoid visibility inside and overheating of the apartment. A part of the terrace is covered. Here you have a small sofa with table and a dining table with 4 chairs in the color white.

Outside the terrace there is a large private garden only for this apartment (private use). Artificial grass. There is space for several sun beds and additional outdoor furniture if needed.

The outdoor area is facing north and east. A small strip of the garden also extends in a westerly direction. There is sun in the garden around 10.30 and for some time (sun conditions vary in summer and winter). For those who want sun all day, the pool area is only a few steps away.
