Arguineguin is an idyllic fishing village on the south (west) coast of the paradise island, Gran Canaria.

The terrace in the back as described earlier has access from the kitchen part of the apartment. It also has access from the studio apartment. This terrace part belongs to the community, but it is agreed at a community meeting that the owner has the right to use it and thus pays a rent for this to the community which is included in the community fees.
