| The apartment on Calle Clavijo y Fajardo has a central and beautiful location right 5 steps from the promenade of Arguineguín. It is located in a very good location near La Lajilla beach with its natural pool and Las Marañuelas beach in the center of Arguineguín. Nearby there is a supermarket, shops and restaurants, as well as the bus stop. All the amenities you need during your stay in Gran Canaria are within walking distance. Content Apartment on the third floor with access from the common hallway. The building has an elevator. Access is from the street. Upon entering the apartment you have a small hallway. Next is the living room with an open kitchen. First there is the kitchen area, which is fully equipped with the following appliances: oven, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped, furnished and with cupboards. There is a table with 4 chairs and also a counter with 2 stools. In the living room there is a sofa with table and a TV. The living room has an air conditioning. From the living room there is access to the terrace with sliding doors. There are two wings that stay in one, connecting the inside with the outside. In the middle of the living room, on the right, there is the small hallway from which you can enter the two bedrooms and the bathroom. To the left is the master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobes. This bedroom has many windows overlooking the sea and is very bright. Next door is the second bedroom.
