| This nice and comfortable flat has a very good location. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the surroundings with the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas in the background. From here you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets all year round. It is ready to move in as it is sold fully furnished. The community has four swimming pools and one of them is heated. There is also a pool bar, tennis court, a small supermarket, masseuse and a hairdresser. The community is well managed and electricity and water are included in the monthly fee, they have invested in solar panels which greatly reduce electricity costs for the owners. The community has 24 communal parking spaces. A short walk takes you to the fantastic promenade that stretches all the way to the lighthouse of Maspalomas. In the commercial centre San Agustin we find a wide range of services, restaurants, bars, shops, mini golf, etc. &#&#&#Distribution Living room/kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace. &#&#&#Legal noticeTaxes and Legal Fees are not included in the price. The most important are: purchase tax (6,5%), Notary and Land Registry fees, handling fees and translations. The REAL INVEST GRAN CANARIA, S.L. Data Protection Policy is based on the principle of proactive responsibility, according to which the data controller is responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework and case law that governs the Policy, and is able to prove this before the competent supervisory authorities.
The data controller is governed by the following principles that should serve as a guide and frame of reference for all of its staff, with regard to the protection personal data:
