The apartment is on the second floor of the building, but the entrance to the building is at street level, so you can reach the apartment without taking stairs. San Agustin shopping center with shops, supermarkets and restaurants is in a few minutes walking distance and Las Burras beach is just across the road over the bridge. The complex is very close to the pedestrian road that connects San Agustin with Playa del Ingles. San Agustín is a quiet beach area in the south of Gran Canaria that enjoys a magnificent promenade that extends to Playa del Inglés. From Bahía Feliz to Playa de Las Burras and passing through San Agustín beach, we find very familiar beaches with toasted sand warm waters and with that tranquility that is desired in other tourist areas. This area also enjoys small shopping centers, international schools, one of the largest thalassotherapy centers on the island one of the best hospitals. All this with a magnificent location 5 minutes from Playa del Inglés, communication with the GC1, and 20 minutes from the airport.
