The town is beautifully situated on the south west coast.

The buildings are located on both sides of the valley that fades out at Puerto Rico´s popular, sandy beach. The property construction primarily consists of apartment complexes and duplexes. There are a lot of stairs in Puerto Rico, as many of the buildings are constructed up in the mountains/valley.

There are three large shopping centres in the heart of the city centre. You can pick and choose from a great selection of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities.

The tourist town is as lively in the daytime as at night. Charter tourism keeps the city alive and there are amusement offers open until late at night.

It will take you approximately 15 minutes to walk from Puerto Rico to the neighboring destination Amadores, known for its "Caribbean-style" white beach.

Agua de la Perra (the ”new valley” of Puerto Rico) also belongs to the area of Puerto Rico. However it is much quieter and more secluded as it is tucked away on the other side of Puerto Rico valley in direction Patalavaca.

The following has been done:

The balcony has been given modern glass railings and has been somewhat expanded. Tiles have been laid on top of the wall to simplify cleaning and to prevent water from being filtered down the wall and creating moisture damage. New floor tiles. The terrace door has been replaced. Aluminum frame with wood imitation.

Walls are repaired and painted in a white color. (It was a pipe damage that was repaired in consultation with the community's maintenance staff.)

New laminate flooring throughout the apartment. New floor tiles in the bathroom and balcony in the same style as the laminate floor.

The bathroom has been completely renovated with delicate, white wall tiles. Nice structure. Modern bathroom furniture in beige with wood pattern. White sink with mirror over. Tough LED light integrated in the mirror. The bath has been replaced with a shower. New shower plate. The shower door / curtain must be arranged by the buyer at his own request and cost. Installation for washing machine next to the shower.

New headboards in the bedrooms. The wardrobes and beds have been kept as they were replaced during the previous renovation round.

New furniture in the living room and new, modern dining table by the kitchen.

The apartment was renovated a few years ago, so the already changed kitchen in light wood color was kept. Countertop in solid granite. An oven, hob and kitchen fan are included in the kitchen decor. There is an open module under the worktop where, for example, a refrigerator can be inserted (low model). If you want a higher refrigerator, this can be placed in either the dining room or living room and the open module is replaced with something else according to the buyer's needs and at his expense.

All the windows were also replaced at that time and windows with a brown aluminum frame were installed.
